Mr. Elliott has twenty-three years experience in factoring and commercial finance. Prior to founding Rexford Funding®, he served in management capacities with some of the largest factoring companies in the United States. He has extensive experience in developing cash flow solutions for small businesses. Mr. Elliott is Rexford's Chief Credit Officer and is responsible for Credit Administration.

Senior Vice President
Mr. Magill is a lawyer and a CPA with over 20 years' commercial finance experience. He understands the factoring business from both the client’s perspective and the commercial finance company’s viewpoint. Mr. Magill is adept at working with small businesses to help them chart courses to financial success. Mr. Magill is also a national commercial finance trainer, having trained hundreds of brokers and accountants in the factoring arena. He is responsible for Rexford Funding®'s national broker network, Internet initiatives, new business development activities and client development on the U.S.'s East Coast.

Vice President – National Portfolio Manager
Ms. May brings over eleven years of factoring experience to Rexford Funding. She has managed hundreds of factoring transactions over her career with a focus of meeting client needs on a day-to –day basis. Her experience includes start-up entities as well as established corporations in just about every industry segment. Prior to joining Rexford Funding she held a similar position at Orange Commercial Credit for over a decade.

Ms. Walker is a seasoned veteran of the commercial finance industry who brings over 20 years of financial experience to Rexford Funding. Ms. Walker is responsible for Rexford's marketing efforts in the western United States.

Mr. Basich has over eight years of experience in the factoring and commercial finance industry. Mr. Basich has been able to assist many small to middle market companies with their financing needs. Mr. Basich is responsible for the marketing efforts in California.

Senior V.P./Underwriting Manager
Mr. Carvelas brings 23 years of factoring and commercial lending experience with a focus on underwriting that covers all types of transactions in all facets of the commercial lending industry. Prior to Rexford, he worked as Vice President/Underwriting Manager for Summit Financial Resources, L.P. in Salt Lake City. Mr. Carvelas also worked at Heller Financial, Inc. in NY, Heller First Capital Corp. in San Francisco, Bay View Funding in San Mateo, CA and Coast Business Credit in Los Angeles.
